At Activ8 Fitness and Wellness, co-owners Brent Dierking and Christa Gilson, are creating a wellness community where all fitness levels achieve and sustain the balance between being healthy and enjoying life. The core of who we are and what we do is carried out in our values:

Workout of the Day:

Our Workout of the Day program helps you improve endurance, build muscle mass, speed up your metabolism, and helps you develop maximum strength. It is tailored to all skill levels and abilities, and guided by certified trainers who help ensure proper form.

Personal Training:

Activ8 Fitness and Wellness offers the ultimate fitness program for each person’s individual goals. Our customized workouts are tailored to your personal goals. Personal training will increase your strength, endurance, flexibility and mobility, all leading to a better quality of life. There are no boundaries or limitations for anyone at Activ8!

Group Training: 

Our small group training offers the guidance of a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost. Our innovative and functional training brings you the high energy and calorie burn you have been looking for. Combining strength, endurance, flexibility and mobility, our group program places you with other individuals working toward a common goal. Group training also provides the accountability to keep you on track. Geared toward any fitness level, Activ8 will get you the results with the feel of having a personal trainer.

Mon: 5-6am, 6-7am, 12-1pm, 5:15-6:15pm, 6:15-7:15pm
Tue: 5:15-6:15pm
Wed: 5-6am, 6-7am, 12-1pm, 5:15-6:15, 6:15-7:15pm
Thu: 5:15-6:15pm, 6:15-7:15pm
Fri: 5-6am, 6-7am, 12-1pm
Sat: 7-8am, 9-10am Drop In (Free)

Form and Accountability

All members work closely with a certified trainer to ensure proper form and accountability during our Workout of the Day.
