At Activ8 Fitness Omaha, our approach is what makes us the best value in Omaha. When we were thinking about our mission, we asked ourselves what is vitally important to our clients. This ranged from a client coming in wanting to lose a significant amount of weight or someone who just wants to tone their body.

At Activ8 Fitness, we pride ourselves on our workouts that are efficient and effective. The main goal is for you to reach every goal and milestone you’ve set for yourself with our help!  

It doesn’t matter if you have never worked out before or are just ready to take it to the next level. At Activ8 Fitness, we will help you get where you want to go. We offer the following services to get you to your goal:

Mon: 5-6am, 6-7am, 9:30-10;30am, 5:15-6:15pm, 6:15-7:15pm
Tue: 6-7am, 12-1pm, 4:30-5:30pm
Wed: 5-6am, 9:30-10:30am, 5:15-6:15pm,6:15-7:15pm
Thu: 6-7am, 12-1pm, 4:30-5:30pm, 6:15-7:15pm
Fri: 5-6am, 6-7am, 9;30-1030am
Sat: 8-9am, 10-11am
Sun: BOOTY CLASS ($15) 10-11 pm

Workout of the Day

Choose Your Style

Our Workout of the Day program offers clients two ready made workouts each day. One geared toward increasing strength, size, and flexibility. The other one targets weight loss, heart health, and stamina. All clients will be able to work closely with a certified personal trainer at all times to ensure proper form and accountability.

It’s gainz seazon! We’re going to pump you up. At Activ8 Fitness, we offer classes that strengthen and tone your body by letting one of our certified pros teach you proper form and different fitness routines. This will help to improve endurance, build muscle mass, speed up your metabolism, and develop maximum strength. Your beach body will thank you.

Weight Loss WOD

Burn Fat ASAP

This workout option allows for clients to get into a dedicated workout plan for those wanting to burn fat quickly. This workout combines strength exercises, high-intensity interval training, cardio, and core. The best part is that there will never be the same workouts each day because you will get a new workout everyday! The body will not change under repetition, and this is why we constantly keep the workouts new and refreshing so the muscles never get comfortable.

NUTRITION CHECK
- Most people eat well during the week. Let’s be honest our weeks consist of Monday-Thursday=4 days
- Weekends are the hardest.
Friday-Sunday =3 days

Let’s use September as an example
Monday-Thursday = 17 days of September
Friday-Sunday = 13 days of
September

GET MOTIVATED FOR THE NEW YEAR!

 

We love this time of year! Gyms everywhere are buzzing with positive energy and motivation. Above all health and wellness become a priority for so many people and there is never a bad time for that! Whether you are continuing on your health and wellness journey or just beginning its a great time to build a foundation of good habits that you will be able to apply to your life forever.

 

Here are some tips from our trainers here at A8.

 

-SET YOURELF UP FOR SUCCESS!! Very often people jump into strict diets or workout programs that only require commitment over a short amount of time and an extreme amount of sacrifice. While we are all for being all in, ask yourself is this something I can continue forever? We encourage our clients to find a routine and nutrition plan that they can fit into their lifestyle over a long period of time. I mean seriously are you really going to never have carbs for the rest of your life?!

-VARIETY IS THE SPICE OF LIFE! No matter what your fitness goals are it will take a variety of different approaches to get you where you want to be. This means being open to many different training styles. So not just living on a treadmill for the rest of your life or living and dying by the barbell. At Activ8 we see value in all forms of exercise! Our clients do a combination of resistance training, cardio, H.I.T.T, functional training and split training. This not only helps our clients reach their goals but you can guarantee you will never get bored!

-PROGRESS NOT PERFECTION! Health and wellness were never meant to be perfect process. So cut yourself some slack! You will have bad days and that's OK, just keep at it. It's all about making more good decisions then bad.
